- Personalization is for any extra text you are wanting to add to the design to make it special to you!

- Font is for personalization only, not the design! :)

- All designs are for one side of the bag/tote! If you are wanting a design on the back please reach out before ordering, as we charge an extra fee for both sides

- There will be slight bag size differences due to the manufacturer and it is something that is out of our control!

- Screens display colors a little differently depending on your device, slight color differences will occur :)

- It is the customer's responsibility to make sure everything is spelled right in their personalization. Yes, double check you spelled "Bachelorette" right, there's an E after the H ;)

- We love making custom designs! If you have an idea for a bag that you don’t see up in the shop, message us and we can create something together.
